My favorite top 10 XO-IQ songs from Make It Pop
XO-IQ (consisting of singers Megan Lee, Erika Tham and actress Louriza Tronco) have been disbanded five years ago, even after their drama "Make It Pop" ended its production after season 2 in 2016. However, the trio delivered their catchy songs for teenagers who dreamed to be a star in the future.
Here are my favorite top 10 songs of XO-IQ from two seasons!
A. Season 1 (2015)
10. Do You Know My Name?
This love song is featured on episodes 10 and 17 in the season 1. The song was performed solo by Sun Hi (Megan Lee) in 10th episode, while Corki (Erika Tham) and Jodi (Louriza Tronco) performed the song on 17th episode.
9. Light It Up
The song was featured in two episodes: episode 4 and season 1's finale.
8. Spotlightz
This song is featured in the pilot/first episode of the show, with Corki playing violins in this song while hiding her identities from her roommates.
7. Party Tonight
The song is featured in episode 3 after the girls passed their first aptitude test. They also performed the song at the 2015 YTV Summer Beach Bash. In season 2 episode "Band Blast Off", the song was stolen by one of the competitors who competing for Band Blast. The band who stolen the song were eventually disqualified from the competition.
6. The Rules
The song was featured in episode 8 of the song, while Corki is being forced to makeover by Valerie and Heather for the upcoming homecoming king and queen campaign.
5. How I'm Made
The girls performed the song in episode 8 after they knew that Sun Hi is a 'genius'.
4. Let's Make a Change
The song used to help Corki to win the homecoming queen contest.
3. Get It Right
The song appeared in episode 3 and helped the girls passed their first aptitude test.
2. Make It Pop
This is the series' official theme song, and also used in episode 5, while Sun Hi lost her voices.
1. Now I Am Here
This song is performed in two different solo versions: Sun Hi's version performed in the pilot episode, while Jodi's version performed in the 12th episode. Corki's version of the song had never been performed.
