Lewis Hamilton has achieved one of the greatest milestones in his career after winning his 100th career Grand Prix race at the 2021 Russian Grand Prix. And ahead of his journey to win his eighth world title, here are the numbers and facts behind Hamilton's 100 F1 race wins! 1. Largest margin (1 minute 8 seconds) Hamilton won the 2008 British Grand Prix by 68 seconds over Nick Heidfeld (BMW Sauber) in 2nd place in a rainy, wet and extremely difficult track conditions around Silverstone Circuit. 2. Most wins in a season (11 wins) Hamilton has won 11 races in a season enroute to his world title triumphs in 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2019.
