STEVENS POINT, WI – It was late of October 2015. Patty Lane will come to Wisconsin with her twin sister Cathy. Arriving at Rooney's house at Stevens Point, Patty and Cathy secretly took Liv and Maddie to New York (where Patty and Cathy lived) before being stopped by Karen and Parker.
