Golf at 2020 Olympics - the top 10 players to watch (men)

After four major championships and two World Golf Championships tournaments passed by so far, golf finally returns to Olympic since 2016. And here are top ten players to watch:

1. Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland)
This will be part of his mission to complete his career grand slam as if won both gold medal at this year's Olympics, and the "green jacket" on next year's Masters. Can Rory accomplish those missions?

2. Collin Morikawa (USA)
Already a two-time major champion, Morikawa eyes for the gold medal in his Olympics debut.

3. Hideki Matsuyama (Japan)
After his maiden major triumph at the Masters last April, Matsuyama will be highly favorited to win gold medal in front of his home crowd.

4. Paul Casey (Great Britain)
Paul Casey will continue Great Britain's gold medal tally following Justin Rose's 2016 triumph.

5. Viktor Hovland (Norway)
Hovland is currently on rise of his golf career, but the Norwegian is looking for the country's first medal at the Olympics.

6. Kim Siwoo (South Korea)
A three-time PGA Tour winner, Siwoo is highly expected to bring gold medal for his country.

7. Cameron Smith (Australia)
Combining accuracy and long-hitting performances, Smith perhaps will bring the medal for his country.

8. Garrick Higgo (South Africa)
A new star in the PGA Tour after claiming his maiden win at Palmetto Championship, Higgo will expected to get at least gold medal for the country.

9. Joaquin Niemann (Chile)
One of the rising stars on the PGA Tour, Niemann will battle for the country's first medal at Olympics.

10. Abraham Ancer (Mexico)
It is perfect for the Mexican team by sending Abraham Ancer to get the country's first gold medal at the Olympics.
