Who will qualify for the 2023 FedEx Cup Playoffs?

Greensboro, NC – Since the FedEx Cup era began in 2007, the Wyndham Championship becomes the final tournament on the regular PGA Tour season, before heading to knock-out system playoff series of tournaments called the FedEx Cup Playoffs. The Wyndham Championship is the tournament that marks the final chance for players ranked below top-125 (for 2023 below top-seventy) in the current FedEx Cup standings (prior to the tournament) to qualify for the FedEx Cup playoffs. Players who ranked below top-125 after the end of final round of Wyndham Championship (for 2023 below top-70) will miss the chance to play in the FedEx Cup playoffs; otherwise, players who ranked below top-125 in the FedEx Cup standings after the conclusion of the final round of Wyndham Championship (below top-70 for 2023), still able to regain their PGA Tour cards respectively by competing in the Korn Ferry Tour Finals series.
- Course info
The Wyndham Championship is annually held at the Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. Designed by Donald Ross, the 7,125-yard par-70 course is currently owned by McConnell Golf LLC. since 2011. In 2018, Brandt Snedeker shot 59 during the opening round of that year's Wyndham Championship who won by Snedeker himself.
