Descendants facts: Assets and properties owned and to be planned and proposed at Auradon by King Ben and Queen Mal

AURADON CITY – Are you a huge fan of Descendants? Do you love the characters' charms or do you like the drama in the film's trilogy? In this article, I will give you some facts not about the characters and dramas from the movie, but we will bring some facts about assets and properties to be planned, proposed, and currently owned and under construction/development at Auradon by its current king and queen, Ben and Mal! What are they?

NOTE: This article is unrelated with Descendants' upcoming prequel "Descendants: The Pocketwatch".

Ben, son of Belle and Beast (Mitchell Hope) and Mal, daughter of Maleficent and Hades (Dove Cameron) is the current king and queen of Auradon.

Evie, daughter of Evil Queen (Sofia Carson) serves her job as a prime minister of Auradon.

Jay (son of Jafar portrayed by Booboo Stewart) is the governor of Auradon.

Despite being labeled by most Auradon citizens as "Queen Of Mean", Princess Audrey, daughter or Princess Aurora (Sarah Jeffery) is responsible for protecting Queen Mal as one of her majesty's (Queen Mal's) guardians.

Uma (daughter of Ursula portrayed by China McClain) is in charge to protect the border of Auradon and Isle of the Lost, where migrants from Isle of the Lost migrated to Auradon, as well as Auradon citizens migrating to Isle of the Lost.

A. Vehicles

1. Mercedes-Maybach S680

This vehicle is currently owned by queen Mal in her current reign as queen of Auradon. The Z223 car is powered by a V12 4,0L twin-turbocharged engine that produces 605 hp and 900 Nm, mated with the 9-speed 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission and 4MATIC all wheel drive. The car can sprint from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.5 seconds with top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). Mal painted her car in purple, while Ben still used his car (Mercedes-AMG S63 E-Performance) in black color. According to Mal, the Mercedes-Maybach S680 is her better choice and more comfortable than Rolls-Royce Ghost used by her parents Maleficent and Hades. The car is usually drove by Mal herself or by one of her guardians (e.g. Evie, Audrey, Jane, Uma, Dizzy or Lonnie [Celia is too young to drive according to her father Dr. Facilier; and Hades during Mal's routine visits to Isle of the Lost) when she enjoying her rear seat duty. Mal also owned a 2019 Mercedes-AMG S63 4MATIC+ (W222 facelift) which is currently being guarded by Fairy Godmother around the museum area. It produced 603 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque.

2. Mercedes-AMG S63 E-Performance

Mercedes-AMG S63 E-Performance W223 owned by king Ben is powered by a 4,0L V8 twin-turbo engine that boasts 603 hp and 900 Nm and a electric motor that produce 190 hp and 320 Nm, mated with a nine-speed AMG Speedshift multi-clutch automatic transmission (and two-speed automatic transimission for electric driving mode) and a 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive system. The car sprints from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3,3 seconds and top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h (315 km/h with AMG Driver's Package, similar to previous generation facelift). Like Mal, Ben used his car for his daily purposes. Ben sometimes drove this car or being drove by one of his guardians (e.g. Jay, Carlos, or other VKs Harry or Gil; Beast drove the car when Ben having to travel outside Auradon). Ben also owned his Mercedes-AMG GT63S 4-Door 4MATIC+, a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye (bought from Dominic Toretto) and a Toyota Century: which those being guarded by Ben's father Beast. 

3. Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600/Mercedes-AMG GLS 63, BMW X7 M60i, Ford Bronco Raptor, Toyota Sequoia Capstone, Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury Platinum ESV/Cadillac Escalade-V ESV, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, Lincoln Navigator Reserve, Lexus LX 600 Ultra Luxury, and GURKHA Armored Vehicles

Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 4MATIC+ (V8 bi-turbo gasoline 603 hp, 900 Nm) is one of vehicles used and protected by guardians during the king and queen's important royal business with other kingdoms.

Those vehicles are used by guardians, when Auradon is having important royal business with other kingdoms. Those cars are highly guarded by Ben's father Beast at Auradon and Mal's father Hades at Isle of the Lost. The GURKHA Terradyne Armored Vehicles are only used during civil wars if those of other kingdoms broke their agreement deals against Auradon.

4. Ducati Diavel V4

The bikes are used by Auradon kids (AKs) for recreation.

B. Properties

1. Auradon National Golf Club

The 7,450-yard par-72 golf course is a 18-hole non-profit public golf course that opens daily from 5:30am until 9:00pm. The golf course hosts the annual Auradon Masters Tournament in spring and Auradon Women's Masters Tournament in summer which contested by male and female charcters from live-action Disney Channel Original Series and Disney Channel Original Movies, as well as characters from Nickelodeon live-action shows. The tournament's winner will be awarded a Auradon royal jacket, while the low amateur will be awarded the Cameron Boyce Memorial Trophy. Similar to real-life Augusta National Golf Club, the course was formerly a plant nursery which relocated somewhere at Auradon. Each hole is named after things associated with the career of cast members (Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Sarah Jeffery, China Anne McClain, Brenna D'Amico, Anna Cathcart, Booboo Stewart, Mitchell Hope, Thomas Doherty, Cheyenne Jackson, Dan Payne, Dylan Playfair, and the late Cameron Boyce). According to the course's chairman Beast, the 11th, 12th and 13th holes are called the Wicked Corner, where the 2nd "Lake Miraculouses/Enchanted Lake" is located at the left side of 11th green.

In addition of 10 more public golf courses to be opened at Auradon.

2. Auradon Sports Complex/Auradon Stadium

The sport complex that consists athletic sports like soccer, rugby, American football, tennis, baseball, basketball, bowling, cricket, table tennis, combat sports, golf, swimming, polo, water polo, gymnastics, bodybuilding, wrestling, etc.

3. Auradon Autodrom/Circuit Of Auradon

A motor racing circuit proposed by King Ben that requires FIA and FIM homologations.

4. Mall of Auradon

A large shopping mall located in the Auradon city center. It consists of fashion mall, food court, playground area, bookstores, supermarkets, etc.

5. Auradon Prep High School

Starting the rule, government and reign of King Ben and Queen Mal, the school also accept scholarships for students inside and outside Auradon, as well as adding some new departments. Evie will take full control of school systems and its scholarships.

Is currently being proposed by King Ben and Prime Minister Evie.

6. Auradon Exhibition/Convention Center

This place hosts annual music festivals, annual automotive exhibition, annual fashion show, annual watch and jewelry exhibition, etc. It also hosts the Auradon summit every six months.

7. Auradon Apartments

King Ben and Queen Mal are planning to build at least 30 apartments on Auradon for more comfortable life of Auradon people, in addition with parks and recreation around every apartment complex. The apartment is also built in case of migrations from Isle of the Lost residents to Auradon. The migration is being handled by Hades, Uma, Harry and Gil at the border of Auradon and Isle of the Lost.

8. Auradon International Airport/Auradon Airlines/Auradon Air Force

The Auradon International Airport is used to transport Auradon/Isle Of the Lost people to more than 190 countries worldwide. The Auradon Airlines fleet consist of Boeing 737-800NG, Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental, Boeing 777-300ER, Airbus A350-900ULR and Airbus A380-800. The Auradon Airlines had signed deal with Emirates, Etihad, Delta, United, American, Lufthansa, Turkish, British, Air Canada, Saudia, Qatar, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and QANTAS for codeshares and joint passenger services. For the Royal Auradon Air Forces, it will use McDonnell-Douglas/Lockheed Martin Fighting Falcon F-18, Lockheed Martin Fighting Raptor F-22 and Sukhoi armadas guarded by either Beast or Hades.
