2022 Miami GP preview ‐ Who will win at Miami's inaugural race?

MIAMI, FL – For the first time ever, Formula 1 made its first visit to Miami this weekend as one of two American races in 2022 calendar (and three American races in 2023 calendar following the addition of the returning Las Vegas Grand Prix). The 3.3 mile track located around the Hard Rock Stadium, is basically as one of the street circuits in FIA F1 calendar (others are Monaco, Singapore and Jeddah).

Championship leader Charles Leclerc is one of favorites to win the race, with his fellow rivals Carlos Sainz Jr., George Russell and defending champion Max Verstappen are continuing to chase the Monegasque driver in the standings. However, veteran drivers like seven-time world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton and two-time world champion Fernando Alonso continued to keep struggling for fighting their way back into title contention, after the veterans found difficulties after the first four races of the season.
