Make It Pop boys - Where are they now?

If you have already know the girls of Make It Pop (or literally "luv em girls") in the previous article, today I will bring you brief profile of the boys of Nickelodeon/YTV's no.1 teen drama of 2015-16, so you will be "luv em boys" if you have already know them!

1. Dale Whibley
Dale Whibley (born October 4, 1997) played as Caleb Davis in popular teen drama Make It Pop (2015-16). Dale is also known with his recurring roles as Connor in Life with Boys (2012) and Yuud Nuuderuud in Max and Shred (2014-15). Dale most recently starred in a Netflix fiction drama There's Someone Inside Your House (2021) starring as Zach Sandford. Dale is being trained by actor Tyler James Murree since 2011.


2. John-Alan Slachta
John-Alan Slachta (born January 6, 1997) made his acting debut when he was 8. Slachta and Whibley both cast in 2011-12 teen drama Life With Boys, where John-Alan starred as wrestler Bobby Parelli. Slachta and Whibley both also cast in 2015-16 hit teen drama Make It Pop, where John-Alan starred as school president and college football player Jared Anderson. John-Alan released his self-titled debut 'country-genred' solo album six months prior to Make It Pop being premiered. One of the songs from his album "Black & Blue" was slated for one of the series' soundtracks, but later dropped due to the girls (Megan Lee, Louriza Tronco and Erika Tham) recording the song titled "Do You Know My Name".


3. Vinson Tran
Vinson Tran is a multi-talented singer and actor. He's best known with his role as Linc Harrison in season 2 of Make It Pop in 2016.


4. Matt Baram
Matt Baram has launched his acting career for over 25 years. Aside of his role as resident advisor Mr. Melwood Stark in Make It Pop (2015-16), Matt has been starred in numerous of films and other dramas.

5. Russell Yuen
Russell Yuen portrayed as Mr. Chang (Corki's father and sometimes manager for her daughter and Jared) in popular hit drama Make It Pop. Similar to Matt Baram, Russell Yuen has also embarked his acting career for more than 25 years.

Elmont, NY – The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards is the 41st annual running of the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) since its inaugural edition in 1984. It also marks the 40th anniversary of the VMAs. The 2024 edition held in UBS Arena in New York, was originally to be scheduled on Tuesday September 10, however the event pushed back one day to Wednesday September 11, the day after 2024 U.S. Presiential election's second debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
